Chapuchapu Mama
The Rubber Duck Mother. A big butter-yellow rubber bath duck and her five ducklings, little rubber floats that drift round the tub on a slow lazy river. The water is the danger, and the ducklings are the way over it.

What it does
She rears up and squeaks, then belly-slams. Two walls of water leave her and roll both ways across the tub. You cannot outrun one.
Stand on a duckling and it carries you over. A wave that catches you sweeps you away and washes your line of ducklings home.
She belly-flops onto your spot. A red circle fills first.
Walk out of the red.
A duckling you ride over a wave follows you in a little line. Next wave you can ride your own, right behind you, or a free one from the river.
Ride your own to be safe. A free one is greedier.
After each wave she looks round for her babies. She frets for every duckling that follows you, and while she frets she takes more damage.
Hit her hard while she frets.
Later she dives and comes up under your last duckling, or under you.
Keep walking and your line slides away from her.
How to beat it
- Get on: Do not outrun a wave. Walk to a duckling before she rears up.
- Count the river: The ducklings drift on a lazy river, so there is always one in reach of every spot. Learn which one you will take next.
- Hit her at the fret: Her fret is your damage window.
- Flawless: No wave, flop or dive lands on you.
