Konpei & Tō
The Tanabata Stars. Two star candies on either bank of a river of light: Konpei, apricot, round and bouncy, and Tō, ice-blue, sharp and spiky. Say their names together and they are konpeitō, a Japanese star candy. No faces: a glowing core in each. A comedy duo, and a fight with two health bars.

What it does
The Milky Way runs across the tub as a wall that nobody walks through. A bridge of magpies forms every so often to cross it.
Use the bridge when it forms.
The two stars attack in a routine: Konpei leads and Tō answers a moment later.
Walk out of each red, in the order they come.
Close up they smack. Konpei's Lump lands on your spot, and Tō's Chop cuts a narrow lane.
Walk out of the circle, or step off the lane.
From afar they throw. Konpei's Toss sends slow stars down three lanes, and Tō's Comet drops on your spot.
Step between the lanes, or walk out of the circle.
How to beat it
- Two bars: Each star has its own health bar. Keep both in your sights.
- Watch the order: Konpei leads, Tō answers. Learn the pair and you can walk the second before it shows.
- Cross on the bridge: The magpies' bridge is the only way over the river of light.
- Flawless: No lump, toss, chop or comet lands on you.
