WANTED: Barnacle Bill

Hunt Barnacle Bill, a rare drowned skeleton covered in barnacles, on the Wreck Shoals.
How
- Take the poster. While you hold it, Bill turns up on the Shoals within a couple of minutes, then every few minutes.
- He's greener than the other skeletons and much tougher (a rare). Bring a friend.
- Hand in at the board.
First kill ever: the title the Bill Collector. First claim ever: the recipe for Barnacle Chowder. Cook it at any fire from two crab meat, two salted fish and a gull egg. Eat it for 10 seconds and you are Well Fed: +4 Grit (more health) for 15 minutes.
